Getting pregnant with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.?

Having polycystic ovaries in general is the same thing as PSOS. I have it too. We tried for 2 yrs naturally to get pregnant and did, my first ultrasound showed about 12 cysts and then my next ultrasound showed none. My doc said this is common that once you get pregnant your cysts subside. However, once not pregnant they will eventually come back hence, the syndrome part of it. The only real control mechanism is weight loss (if overweight), birth control pills that help control hormones, or in extreme cases Metformin which is an insulin regulating drug.
