Can some one who knows about rims help me find the correct size and everything?

So i have Akita set of rims on my car, but one of them cracked as i went over a pothole and ive been looking for the rims online but it confuses me that they have two lug patterns one is 4x114.3mm and the other is 4x100mm and i dont know which one i need all i know is that my rims are 17x7 and they wear 215/40/17 tires.... please help me i have a 1995 honda accord thank you!
