Cancel your noon thing, and go out searching for him. Make up lost dog signs on your computer, preferably with a picture, and post them around the neighborhood. Call all the vet clinics in the area with a description of him and your phone number, and ask them for additional lost dog websites/ resources for your area. Unfortunately, there are some people who will keep a dog they find, unless they see plenty of evidence that he has a good owner. Make an effort, and don't delay. He could be getting hit by a car right now!
