Are the Raiders now considered the cl of the AFC?

I am a CHARGERS fan , and I will tell you that I have been very impressed by the way Cable has turned around this team. I had a feeling that they were improving last season and with some pre-season games I watched and they have confirmed this by beating the Chargers and destroying the Broncos.last Sunday. I still hate the RAIDERS, but they have returned to being contenders once again.
