My pick-up truck overheated after driving awhile and then idling a few minutes. Coolant was rust coloured.?

After flushing the system and changing the thermostat, I would swing by a radiator shop if the problem is not cured. They can rod the radiator out if it is metal. Basically a deep cleaning and rust removal. I had it done a few months ago for about $50.
