My boss watches me while hes at home through building cameras.?

im a doorman one of the most simple jobs to man and my boss still watches me while hes at home and yells at me for everylittle thing i do like yesterday i walked on the waxed part of the floor and i let an 85 yearold man use the front elevator to the penthouse and on only this elevator u can go to penthouse he called me 10 times yesterday is this right by law someone please i cant afford to quit my job i gotta stop him somehow please and he does this to everyone porters handyman doorman
