Will the BCS system be removed from college football or no?

I think even if a 6 or 8 game playoff is used that the teams who get in will be the teams with the top 6 or 8 BCS standings. Considering that a weak team like a U-Conn, Virginia Tech who lost to Boise State and a Division 1 aa school got invites because of the fact they won a division it would just add more controversy. Best scenario is let the best 6 or 8 teams by the BCS system duke it out for the national Title regardless of conference (maybe this would encourage) teams from not so strong conferences to play harder to get a top 6 or 8 rank instead of just settle to be the best in their conference.
