What is Tagged when Your Husband gets bought ? ?

My husband belongs to tagged and tonight I saw when he was checking his e-mail it said Fran in tagged has bought you for $500.00. I asked him about it and he acted funny I can tell something stunk in suburbia.Can someone explain what is going on ? ? ? Thanx
