Should the Lakers be worried with today's loss to the Nuggets?

The Lakers were smokin' hot for a long time. However, they lost to the Nuggets. The Nuggets, I believe can be a Western Conference title contender, if the lakers lost to an easy team it would be alright. but the nuggets are playing top, including beating top ranked teams like Spurs and Celtics. I think that if the Lakers rebound from this performance, then they will be a team that the others will fear throughout the playoffs. Also, if the Lakers play the Spurs in the playoffs, they will win. The Celtics i feel will only depend on home-court like the last two meetings b/w the teams in the finals. So the Lakers resisting the chance of losing momentum will prove if they are gonna be among the feared.
