Plz help? modeling and acting with my bff?

k, my best friend EVRRR named rory and i hav been friends for... 5 yrs =]. so this yr in the summer we had the idea of making a webshow, which we did, and it quickly bcame VRY popular. so then we fell in lov with acting, and knew that it was something we had the skill to doing. we r both extremly pretty, and in our teens, so we thought we could start taking acting and modeling cles, and also audition. we got picked for a modeling show at norstroms, but the thing is, her mom doesnt like the idea of us modeling and acting. she thinks its something that makes u b like, a druggy or a bum or something. but its not... well most of the time its not! i dnt wana do this without rory bcuz we r bff and ik if i get the money and stuff that she would b jelous of me and then our friendship would end which is the LAST thing i want to happen. so the question is, how can i get her mom to let rory model and act without making her extremly pi**** and me?
