Opinion on diet wanted - what do you think?

Yes, it is absolutely okay to "off" days. Just make sure they don't become a habit. You are not aiming for perfection, so that should definitely be okay. If you are doing exercise for 45 min, you are good to go. That's excellent for you. You should be proud that you lost 78 pounds. Good for you. Keep it up.
