I think i have Cold urticaria. not severly. but my hands and feet get it bad when im in a cold room. help?!?

ive seen where people have to carry an epi-pen and all but mine isnt that bad. i just get extremely itchy and my hands and feet swell up. and also i don't get it when i go swimming or anything. only if im in a cold room or its cold outside. i dont know what do do or how to make it better besides take benydrill which dosent really help.
