I need legal advice....?

I recieved a traffic ticket last year for no license, no insurance and speeding in a different county than where I lived, and I never got around to go to the court hearing, just recently I moved to this other county and went to the courthouse to get this fixed, well my warrant was quashed, but as I spoke with the prosecuter, she advised me to get counsel because she was seeking jail time, I am totally freaking out, I have had enough run ins with the law....I can't sleep and I really need some advice, Im nervous...anxious...dont know what to do...help..
