Gastric Problem , i am suffering from 6 months ,i want to get over it plz help?

i have stop eating non veg , and i don't consume spice food , i first had been to a G.p he suggested me wid Rantac sumthing and but i was not cured so i visited gastrologist he suggested me a no of medicine ,as Razo and some capsule and digene syrup , i had the medicine for 1 and half month and slow it the problem came down , but still now some times in d nights i suffer badly with gastric trouble and i cannot sleep , i cannot breath because of gas fill all over me , my head keeps spinin , like i am just 26 , and what has happend to me , i just want to get out of this Misery , some one plz plz help - what to eat , what to do i just want to get out of this problem
