Frame work?or something else?

ok like 2 months ago a car hit me in the left front side of my car and now the tire is in angle caind of like goin in, in the top I already take it to alignment but they want to charge alot for the work but they don't give me a waranty that is going to be fixed you tink maybe the frame or something else?
