Do you think Bob Dylan is to songwriting as Albert Einstein is to physics?

Particularly I feel like Blowin in the Wind is the eternal unique matchless omniscient greatness of all songwriting. How some regular boy just out of his teens could write something of that universal importance is just soul bogglingly astonishing.
