Can i intruduce my rabbits again?

I have just separated my rabbits today,they are both females and one is trying to hump the other and the other is getting very angry adn attacking the one that is trying to hump her,the bunnies are only young i got them in april, I have block of the stairs in the 2 story hutch so they cant get to each other,and i am planning on get the neutered,but they are fine with each other but then when i put them in the run all that starts,should i let them interact with each other ever day until i get the neutered but separate them at night?
